Our prawn range covers jumbo, large, medium and small grades, available shell-on, headless, or peeled and deveined and ready to cook. Alongside prawns we stock Indian basa fillet, surmai (king fish) cut into steaks or fillets, whole lobster, and imported Norwegian salmon fillet. If you need something we don't have on the shelf, we source to order for regular buyers. Everything is quick frozen and held at −18°C from the processing plant to your kitchen, so it arrives clean, firm and export quality. Retail packs start at 250g. We cut, portion and clean to order, which means less work in the kitchen and no wastage. Over 50 restaurants and hotels across South Gujarat rely on us for regular supply. For trade accounts we offer standing weekly orders, consistent size grading order to order, insulated transport, and GST invoicing.
